Education Transformation Framework (ETF) Pathway

A series of three remote 60-minute workshops (or recordings) and unlimited 1:1 support for school leaders focused on applying the ETF and evidencing change for your application.

The ETF is a holistic and effective guide for education leaders to navigate the complexity of transformation, it is also linked to the Showcase School Rubric.

TA’s ETF pathway is about supporting leaders to start considering and applying principles from the ETF in their school's transformation journey.

The pathway will include activities to complete between the three remote workshops, which will support your Showcase School application but also support real change in your school.

Microsoft Innovative Expert Educator (MIEE) Pathway

Two 60-minute remote workshops (or recordings) and on-demand 1:1 support designed to help educators in successfully applying for MIEE status (a requirement for becoming a Showcase School).

Supporting a number of educators within your school to develop their use of Microsoft solutions in order to successfully become an MIEE is a mandatory requirement for schools wishing to graduate as a Showcase School.

TA’s MIEE pathway is designed to support your nominated educators in developing the necessary skills and capturing the required evidence to become recognised as an MIEE in advance of your school submitting their Showcase School application.
