Who covers shipping costs for returned robots?
School's are required to cover the shipping costs for returning their SPRK+ or BOLT units to back to us at TA Education. If the school is returning a SPRK+ or BOLT Power Pack, they can simply zip tie the Power Pack to ensure it stays closed, and apply the return shipping label directly to the outside of the SPRK+ or BOLT Power Pack.
Who qualifies for the BOLT+ Upgrade Program?
Any school or institute that owns one or more of the following products:
SPRK+,
SPRK+ 12-Pack
SPRK+ Power Pack
BOLT
BOLT 15 Pack
BOLT Power Pack
SPRK+ or BOLT robots do not have to be in working condition to qualify.
How do I apply for the discount?
- Please complete the following upgrade form here
- Email the form to shop@tablet.academy
- We will confirm receipt of the form and will send the return address to the school
- Sphero's are returned to TA Education and validated. Once validated, we will then provide a discount code to redeem against the purchase of new Sphero+ Bolts.
