Tablet Academy enjoyed a highly successful BETT Show last week. With 16 consultants supporting the Microsoft, Google and HP stands, plus the BETT Escape Rooms being fully booked every day, it was one to remember.
If you managed to book a time to experience the Escape Rooms, prizes winners for the quickest times each day will be announced later this week. We have over 700 participants in this year’s Escape Rooms so our thanks to all who braved the rooms.
A few highlights from the team:
HP Bus
One of the highlights of BETT and winner of the Kids Judge BETT prize, was the launch of the Digital Skills Bus by HP. The bus was officially opened by the Minister for Investment, Graham Stuart MP and Tablet Academy is delighted to act as a partner for HP and will be involved in the planning of this tour. Google
Tablet Academy provided two Google Trainers to support activities on the Google stand throughout the show which also provided us with a great opportunity to remind people of the free Applied Digital Skills Workshops available for secondary schools https://ta.education/digitalskills
Microsoft
We were pleased to support Microsoft customers on the help desk during the show on Thursday and Friday. Lots of interest in the Refresh Programme https://ta.education/refresh/
